How we control products quality
Core: quality is first in production, then in testing
Document: Preliminary review of original materials: Verify the clarity of BOM component information, completeness of pick&place files, Gerber stencil files, assembly drawing files, component orientation markings, functional test files, etc., and submit EQ report.
Component Selection: For customer-assigned components, 100% use original parts sourced from official platforms like DigiKey, Mouser, and Farnell, or from suppliers with quality assurance agreements. For non-designated components, prioritize internationally renowned brands or domestic companies with over 15 years of experience. Provide replacement model specifications to customers for confirmation before final procurement.
Incoming materials: Pre-PCB mounting visual inspection, component incoming inspection, and component-PCB matching verification. (PCB visual inspection under magnifying glass, incoming material inspection equipment, and matching verification photos)
PCBA assembly production: first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, ESD protection, employee gloves, pallets and racks for board transportation, protective paper padding between boards
Inspection methods: SPI, AOI, X-Ray, ICT, Functional test, Visual inspection under microscope machine
Shipping: ESD bags, inner boxes, and customized plastic trays
